What A scam for young people to rent here. Each person on the lease has to pay $20 application fee. So as I was submitting all the guarantor information I could only do so by paying an application fee. By the time we are done filling out applications the company receives fluff for doing nothing. I explained to the company that the requirements were ridiculous and I worked get everything to them by late Tuesday. I kept up my promise and this morning told the kids they rented to someone else. Don’t use Julie. She will lie straight to your face.

Highly recommend working with Maya Hayon! She is very responsive and friendly, making the process of applying for and renting an apartment as easy as possible. I had nothing but a great experience with R New York, specifically my broker Maya Hayon. She was available for me to talk at any given time and was proactive with getting me an apartment and updating me on my application status. I was advised not to work with this group from another broker and was told that if I wanted to I had to do it myself. I ended up firing them to work with R New York and listened to my gut. Best decision!! Thank you Maya!
